How Do I file software patent and patent on a Title (name)?
Ok so I checked out the U.S. Patent site and they need a design of the invention like a CAD drawing, which I know how to do, but I want to file a patent on a Title for my buisness, and our latest project which is a computer game. You can’t draft a name or a software because it isn’t tangible. Please help.
Patents are for inventions. A Title is not an invention. You might be thinking of copyright or a Trademark.
